VentroReview ("we," "us," or "our") provides a review management service for contractors and small businesses. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use VentroReview.
VentroReview helps contractors send review requests to their customers via WhatsApp. Our service includes AI-generated message drafting, Google Business Profile integration, and review tracking. We do not guarantee specific review outcomes or improvements in Google search rankings.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old to use VentroReview. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use VentroReview only for lawful purposes. You must not send unsolicited messages to people who have not had a genuine interaction with your business. You must not use VentroReview to manipulate or fake reviews. You must comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Google's review policies at all times.
VentroReview offers a 14-day free trial followed by a paid subscription starting at $4.99/month. You will be billed monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan. All fees are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your customer data. We process customer phone numbers solely to facilitate review requests on your behalf. We do not sell your data to third parties under any circumstances.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
VentroReview is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to any claim.
