We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, business name, trade type, and Google Business Profile information. We also collect information from your use of the service: review requests sent, customer names and phone numbers you enter, message history, and usage analytics.
We use your information to provide and improve VentroReview, to send review requests to your customers on your behalf, to detect new Google reviews on your profile, to communicate with you about your account and updates, and to process your subscription payments.
When you enter customer names and phone numbers into VentroReview, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to contact those individuals. We process this data solely as a data processor on your behalf. We do not use customer phone numbers for any purpose other than sending the review requests you initiate.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the third-party services required to operate VentroReview: Supabase for database hosting, Stripe for payment processing, OpenAI for AI message generation (no personally identifiable customer information is shared), and Google Places API for business search. All third-party services are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Customer phone numbers and send logs are retained for 12 months after they are created. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for all data in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. We use Supabase Row Level Security to ensure contractors can only access their own data. We never store WhatsApp message content — only metadata about requests sent.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may export your send history from the History page. To exercise any of these rights or to request full data deletion, contact us at privacy@ventroreview.com and we will respond within 30 days.
VentroReview uses strictly necessary cookies only. These include authentication cookies to keep you signed in (set by Supabase) and short-lived session cache cookies that expire after 5 minutes.
